The activity of AIMUW SPA is subject to the supervision of IVASS – INSTITUTE FOR SURVEILLANCE ON INSURANCE. It is possible to verify the identification and registration details of AIMUW SPA by consulting the Single Register of Insurance Intermediaries on the IVASS website (www.ivass.it).
Each contracting party has the right (with the exceptions set out in Article 1, letter b, Interim Decree 215/2024) to lodge an appeal with the Insurance Arbitrator via the portal available on its website (https://www.arbitroassicurativo.org/) or to make use of any other alternative dispute resolution systems provided for by current legislation.
